My wife & I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before, always had a friendly welcome, good service in the hotel, equally good at the brewers fayre (Twirl of hay), next door. About 2.5 miles outside Chester city centre, a good location for exploring the historical city, 13 miles to Liverpool & on the border with North Wales. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
If you want a place to stay close to chester center you can't go wrong with this premier inn. Staff lovely!! Food excellent.
A bit tired but good value and nice staff.
Great Premier Inn with very friendly staff who are very helpful. Disabled parking is plenty and access to the Inn and rooms is good. Access rooms beds are only 4'6" so we had the couch made up and we had a bed each. Because of the small bed this meant that there was plenty of room for my motorised wheelchair. There is a Brewers Fare restaurant next door which offers reasonable food and across the road is a Sainsbury's. The Inn is about a 10 minute drive into Chester. As a base for travelling to the local area, it is ideal.
Great stay as usual. Super friendly staff.Lovely clean rooms.One of our rooms smelt a little damp, but we couldn't see any damp, maybe just needed airing, as the Windows didn't open
