What the flip flip!I sent my puppy to this vets to get his flu and vac jab's, I went to go pick up and the dog was missing things, "Oh missing things" you may ask? Yes, He came back missing his tail and his ear, I asked where it was and the man on the till replied "Man was hungry" This is unacceptable, I want my tail and ear back and a full refund. Not happy

Very poor service! Staff are very nice and the vets are all very pleasant but after seeing the same vets 3 times at 60 plus each time for 5 minutes in a room, with additional swab tests being done with no outcome at extra expense. . I was told my dogs problems were dietry and sent away!! The poor creature still has the problem , which is spreading so another vets it is!! I feel my pockets was pinched with a smile on there faces! Not enough experience to diagnose or treat im guessing, prob in a text book they never read.

Caldy Valley Chester Vets4Pets always has the best interest of their patients at the heart of everything that they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Outstanding service, all members of the team are approachable, supportive and friendly, would and have recommended to friends, than you to you all x

My first visit to these Vets was as an emergency on Sunday 13 May. The treatment received was exceptional. My dog had a really bad eye and the Caldy Valley Vet referred me to the Vets4Pets in Llandudno where there was a qualified eye vet. They phoned through my details and arranged an appointment for early this morning (14th). My dog was given a morphine injection which would last for approximately 24 hrs so would last past the time of our appointment the next day. When we arrived at the vets in Llandudno, they had obtained ALL the records from my dog's normal vet (who didn't have an emergency vet on a Sunday!!). The care taken by all the staff in both vets was above exceptional
